New in SyriaAn AI assistant on your business WhatsApp

An AI assistant that answers your customers on WhatsApp, day and night, in Syrian Arabic.

For businesses in Syria: it replies on your own number, books, registers, and follows up with customers by itself.

Faster replies and better service mean more customers who come back. And every kind of business gets its own system.

What's your business?

Three systems, one family. Pick your kind of business and visit its system's website. Every system has a demo you can open right now and look around inside.

Salamtak

For clinics: dental, dermatology, cosmetic and laser, general

Books each appointment with the right doctor at a free time, and asks the patient your form questions, so their details reach you before they do.

Assistant Nour

Matjari

For people who sell online: clothes, perfume, cosmetics, electronics, gifts…

Gives prices and specs from your list, sends product photos and your payment details, and takes the order provisionally for you to confirm with one tap.

Assistant Leen

From your first message to Sham, to the first customer the assistant answers.

Nothing to install, and no need to be good with technology. Four steps, with the B2mrak team beside you.

  1. We open your accountChat with Sham, and she sets up an account for your kind of business: a women's salon, a clinic, or a store that sells online.
  2. You link your WhatsApp numberThe same number your customers already know, linked from your phone with a link code or a QR.
  3. You add your services or products, prices and hoursFrom the app, where a guided tour explains every page. Or send them to Sham on WhatsApp and she enters them for you, then reads them back so you can confirm.
  4. The assistant starts replyingTry it first as if you were a customer, then switch it on. You see every word, and you can step in whenever you like.
AI assistant, new in Syria

It replies like your best receptionist, and it never sleeps.

It only uses the information you give it: your services, prices, hours and notes. And you can give it any name you like.

  • Day and night, in Syrian ArabicAnd if a customer writes in English, it replies in simple English.
  • Books what's free, orders what's in stockAn appointment at a time that's really free in the calendar, or an order for a product that's in stock, at its price. It checks the system before it promises anything.
  • Understands voice notesA customer sends a voice note, and it understands it and replies.
  • If it doesn't know, it asks youIt tells the customer «I'll check», and asks you. You answer, it passes the answer on, and you can save it for next time.
  • «Teach her» onceYour address, parking, your offers… Write it once and it answers from it. Or send it to Sham on WhatsApp and she adds it.
  • Sends your payment details as writtenAt a store: the method the customer picked, with the QR, and it asks for the screenshot. At a clinic it asks your form questions after the booking.
Chats in Matjari: the assistant sent the customer the Sham Cash payment details with the QR, exactly as the store owner wrote them, and asked for the transfer screenshot Chats in Matjari: the assistant sent the customer the Sham Cash payment details with the QR, exactly as the store owner wrote them, and asked for the transfer screenshot
From Matjari: the customer asked how to pay, and the assistant sent the method exactly as the owner wrote it.

Some things it never does.

The assistant replies and books, but the decisions are yours. Anything sensitive comes straight to you.

It never

No matter what the customer asks, or how hard they push.

  • Makes up a price or a discountIt only quotes the prices you wrote, and discount requests come to you.
  • Gives medical adviceIn clinics: no diagnosis and no medication. The doctor decides.
  • Says «payment received»At a store it asks for the transfer screenshot, and you are the one who confirms.
  • Talks about one customer to anotherAnd never shares anyone's details.
  • Confirms on its own when the decision is yoursStore orders are provisional, and you confirm them with one tap.

Comes to you right away

The chat is marked «needs your reply», and you get an alert on WhatsApp.

  • ComplaintsAn unhappy customer, or a complaint about a service or a product.
  • EmergenciesAt a clinic it alerts the doctor right away, and recommends the hospital if nobody answers.
  • Warranty, returns and wholesale requestsAt stores, plus transfer screenshots for you to check.
  • Requests for discounts, bargaining and instalmentsYour call, not the assistant's.
AlertWhatsApp

Needs your reply: a complaint about a hair colour. The assistant apologised to the customer and told her you'll talk to her.

Chats: a complaint that needs the salon owner's reply, and a «Take over» button Chats: a complaint that needs the salon owner's reply, and a «Take over» button
Chats in Mirayti: the ones that need your reply on top, and «Take over» in one tap.

You see every word, and you can take over at any moment.

  • Take overTake any chat with one tapFrom the app, or write straight from your phone, and the assistant stays quiet with that customer. When you're done, hand it back with one tap.
  • Try herTry it before you switch it onChat with it as if you were a customer, and see how it replies before it talks to anyone.
  • On / OffSwitch it off whenever you wantFrom the assistant's page, and switch it back on just as easily.
  • AlertOn your phoneAnything that needs you comes as an alert on WhatsApp, and shows at the top of your chats.
The system behind the assistant

No customer gets forgotten.

Even if you'd rather reply yourself, the system keeps your customers organised and sends messages on time. You don't write a single one of them, and you can change any word.

Stages that move on their own Every customer has a stage, and every stage has its message. Booked? They move on their own. Visited? They move, and the thank-you goes out. With every new visit, the cycle starts again.
New customerAppointment bookedVisitedDidn't book
Welcome and follow-ups A first message, then follow-ups on the days you choose. Each message goes out once only, and they stop on their own as soon as the customer books.
Reminders before the appointment Before a salon or clinic appointment, sent on its own at the right time.
A thank-you, and «Time for your next visit?» A thank-you and an invite back after a visit, and «hope you liked your order» after a purchase.
All chats in one place One inbox for all of WhatsApp, with the chats that need your reply on top.
Sending that protects your number It only sends during working hours, with human-like gaps, a daily limit, and «typing…» before every message.
Sending hours09:00 - 21:00
Between messages35 - 90 s
Before every messagetyping…
Bring your existing customers Upload an Excel file, and Syrian numbers are understood however they were written.
More than one WhatsApp number Each extra number is $10 a month, and we add it for you. If one number goes down, the other carries on.
Ready-made messages in Syrian Arabic Templates in the Syrian dialect with the customer's name and your business name, and you can change any word.
All from your phone On a computer or a phone, even linking WhatsApp from the same phone.

The same foundation, with each system built for its trade.

A salon needs appointments for each stylist, a clinic needs a calendar for each doctor, and a store needs products, orders and payment methods. Here's what you'll find in each one.

Case studies

An example of our work.

A system we built for one client to their brief, not one of our ready-made systems. We show it here as a real example of our work.

Masahati

A system for a coworking space in Syria, built to its owner's brief

Custom build, not one of the ready-made systems

The need

The owner of a coworking space in Syria wanted to bill customers for the time they stay, let every table order its drinks from where it sits with the order reaching WhatsApp, and keep each customer's name and number. And everything that changes in the business, like prices, opening hours and the menu, had to live in Settings.

What we built

  • Every table has its own QR code. The customer scans it and gets a light page with the menu, orders from it, and can call a staff member or ask for the bill.
  • The order is saved first, then WhatsApp opens with the order message ready. Staff see it even if the customer never presses send.
  • Time is billed by the minute: a flat price for the first hour, then per minute, and paused time is not charged.
  • A staff panel with open sessions and orders as they happen, with an alert sound, and printing for the kitchen ticket and the customer's bill.
  • Staff never see a customer's full number. Customers, cash, reports and settings are for the owner only.
  • A cash drawer, memberships for regulars (time is free while a membership is active), and an interface in Arabic and English.

What the owner gets

The owner follows the space from his phone: who is seated, what was ordered, and what went into the cash drawer. The reports tell him in plain words the busiest and quietest hours and how long an order takes. And the customer orders from the table without calling anyone.

The screenshots come from a copy filled with generated demo data, not real customers. There is no public demo of this system.

The reports page in Masahati: a plain-language summary of occupancy, busiest hours and order speed, followed by revenue and visit figures
Owner panel: reports in plain sentences
The table page on a phone: the table name, buttons to call a staff member or ask for the bill, and the drinks menu
The customer page after scanning the table QR

Built to work well in Syria.

  • Ordinary Syrian numbersWritten any way at all, the system understands them.0944 123 456+963 944 123 456
  • Syrian Arabic, on Damascus timeThe app and the messages speak the Syrian dialect, and appointments and sending hours run on Damascus time. The app also comes in English.
  • Light on slow internetOn a computer or a phone, and the app is built for weak connections.
  • If your internet or power goes outMessages and replies go out from our side as a linked WhatsApp device, so they keep going even if your phone is off.

Just let your phone go online once every few days, because WhatsApp unlinks devices when the phone is away for a long time. If your number gets unlinked, Sham lets you know, and messages wait and go out as soon as it's back, for up to 3 days.

Support

After you sign up, Sham is still with you.

The same number you talked to when you signed up answers you as a customer. And behind Sham is the B2mrak team.

  • She checks your accountIf something isn't working, she checks whether your numbers are connected, what was sent and what got stuck, and tells you the problem in plain words.
  • She enters your details for youYour services and hours, or your products, prices and payment methods, and anything you want to teach the assistant. She reads it back to you, and only saves it once you say «yes».
  • She alerts you if your number is unlinkedAnd helps you link it again.
  • Your invoices on WhatsAppAnd anything about payment, a technical problem or a feature request, she opens for the team and follows up with you.

Hi Sham, the reminders aren't going out today10:12
ShamHi, let me check. Your shop's number has been unlinked since this morning, so the messages are waiting. Open «WhatsApp» in the app and link it again with the link code, and they'll go out as soon as it's back.10:12
OK, it's linked10:15
ShamGreat, I can see it's connected now, and the waiting messages are going out.10:15

Questions from business owners.

Yes. The assistant replies on the same WhatsApp number your customers already know. You link it from your phone with a link code or a QR, messages go out from our side as a linked device, and you keep using WhatsApp on your phone as normal.

Neither. The B2mrak team opens your account, and everything works from your phone, even linking WhatsApp. Inside the app, a guided tour explains every page, and if you get stuck, Sham or the team will help you step by step.

It doesn't make things up. It tells the customer it will check and asks you, then passes your answer on without you opening the chat. You can save the answer so it knows next time.

Of course. Take over any chat at any time, from the app or straight from your phone, and the assistant stays quiet with that customer. When you're done, hand the chat back with one tap. You can also switch it off completely from its page, and back on whenever you like.

There's never a double booking. The assistant only offers what's really free, and whoever books first gets it: no two appointments with the same staff member or doctor at the same time. And at a store, no order for a product that has sold out.

Yes. A customer sends a voice note, and the assistant understands it and replies in writing.

Messages and replies go out from our side as a linked WhatsApp device, so they keep going even if your phone is off or your connection is weak. Just let your phone go online once every few days, because WhatsApp unlinks devices when the phone is away for a long time. And if you have a second number, it takes over from the one that went down.

The first 14 days are free, on your real account. After that, payment is monthly and arranged directly with the B2mrak team: $25 a month until 31 December 2026 (launch offer, then $50 a month) with the AI assistant, for any of our systems, and $10 for each extra number. We agree on the payment method with you when we set up your account.

Try the demo for your business above, then chat with Sham on WhatsApp. The B2mrak team gets in touch to open your account, you link your number from your phone, and you add your services, prices and hours.

Another question? Chat with Sham on WhatsApp, she replies in seconds.
